Dear Esther
Just bought the game Dear Esther on steam for $5. Anyone play it before? I really have no idea what to expect. I looked it up and it said that it's basically a very story driven game.
Well, 7 minutes until it's done downloading. I hope it's worth it.

Re: Dear Esther
Well that was a short game...70 minutes and I'm done.
Idk what that second video is, but you cannot jump in the game.
So yeah...if you are going to get it, I would buy it now on sale. It's basically like a movie that you control. There are no enemies to fight, items to interact with, or anything that makes a video game, a video game. You walk at a very realistic pace and it can get very annoying at times, but the story will keep you engaged and after a while you won't mind casually strolling around the island. It is a great story once you piece it all together. Awesome, awesome, awesome graphics and scenery. Very interesting concept and it takes a while to get into the story. But I liked it.

Idk, I liked playing through it. It felt more immersible and like you were part of the story.

That was lame...
and I can run TF 2 which is the same requirements as CS, but I haven't bought it yet. I don't have enough time to get into a game lately with school, but now that school is done....

Nope. I feel like I should tell you that you aren't missing out on much, but it is just a very unique game/movie/thing. Not worth the original price of $10 and would probably be more for ps3.
