Borderlands

Another zombie game! Is it better then Dead Island??
Personally I would say NO. Dead Island seems to have alot more to do besides kill zombies. It seems to have a Fallout feel to it as well, I am not a fan of Fallout. However, the game is really fun regardless of its competition.

Borderlands isn't really a zombie game. Sure, they have a DLC with zombies, but you mostly fight the local wildlife (skags, rakks) and the bandits.

What I never understood about Borderlands are the bandit-reasonable people in the game. Sure, it makes sense in games like Syrim and Fallout 3 when there are plenty of reasonable NPCs out there, but there aren't a lot of those in Borderlands.

Did not know that! I had only played the zombie version, so its a bit like fallout?

Not at all. The gameplay is very, very much like Dead Island. Imagine Dead Island meets Halo.

The setting of Pandora is similar to Fallout in the fact it's a wasteland and all the people are living in crappy villages, but that's about it.

I went to Gamestop and saw it. Didn't get it for 2 reasons.

1:I don't have anyone to play it with yet.
2:I was getting Fallout and wanted to keep the price under $60

I was going to buy it, but I watched some youtube videos of gameplay and it looked really cartoony. I don't really like cartoony games.

Yeah, I know my loss. Who knows, maybe this summer when I have money I might bite the bullet and buy it.
