No, what are you referring to? There are several "Mods" as I call them to do stuff like change to night, make cars fly, and random weird things like that (think I saw a 100mph truck mod yesterday). My "Mods" are nothing more then modifying my files, takes longer but I have more control over my character this way, so if someone is deeply affended by Jump, Loot, Force, I can simply crank it down a bit. Don't do that too often cuz im not computer savy. To answer your question as best I can, Mods will enable you to find whole new areas. Infact, when I get back from work I will record the entire city under moresby and upload it. There are actually 3 maps under moresby, they get smaller as they degress.
